About Alexander Tangarife

After earning a Master of Architecture degree from the University of South Florida, working for an award-winning modern design-build studio and a medium-size firm providing AOR services in the Water Street development, Alexander developed a passion for Design and Real Estate. Licensed as a real estate agent, Alexander continues to add to his credentials by seeking licensure as a General Contractor and licensed Architect in Florida.

 

Alexander aims to create a one-stop shop for all his client's needs. With his architectural experience, Alexander brings excellent value to his clients such as identifying the contextual significance of the property, identifying immediate potential, construction network access, marketing skills, insights on local development, and awareness of the local code environment.
