He moved to Tampa 10 years ago from Orlando. He started off his career as a combat medic in the U.S. Army. With a penchant for service and a strong commitment to his community, as a national guardsman, David has been a valuable component to both his team and to communities throughout the state of Florida.

 

This knowledge, coupled with the insights of the city and local real estate market, will provide discipline in his services, effective negotiation, and marketing. Prior to real estate, David worked in the service industry for over 20 years.

 

He helps educate homebuyers and sellers to exceed their expectations. He is also specialized in Tampa's luxury apartments and rentals. David's clients would describe him as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. After living in South Tampa, David settled in Carrollwood. He enjoys photography, making customized art, and CrossFit.
