Before entering real estate, JT spent his career as a firefighter and paramedic with Hillsborough County Fire Rescue. That experience shaped the service-first approach he brings to real estate today such as staying calm under pressure, paying attention to the details, and always putting people first.

JT is the Broker and owner of The Aldrich Agency, a boutique brokerage built around personalized service, local expertise, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. Under his leadership, The Aldrich Agency has grown into a recognized team serving buyers and sellers throughout Tampa Bay.
