Having lived in multiple regions across both the East and West Coast—including Oregon before making the move to Tampa— she understands firsthand how exciting yet stressful relocating can be. That experience helps her connect with her clients on a deeper level and provide the support they need during such an important transition.

Now proud to call Tampa home, she embrace everything the city has to offer and strive to deliver a seamless, personalized experience focused on making each client’s journey as smooth and memorable as possible.

Outside of work, Kathya enjoys exploring new food spots, trying different activities, the gym, visiting art museums, and taking in the vibrant Tampa lifestyle with her two dogs.
