Tampa Magazine named me Best Realtor in this year's Best of the City. I've looked at that page more times than I'd like to admit, and it still hasn't fully sunk in.
I've been selling real estate in this city for more than 11 years. Seeing my name next to that title in this city's magazine is something I won't forget.
You voted, and I'm grateful
Best of the City is decided by reader votes. Clients, neighbors and friends took time out of their day to put my name down. Thank you. I mean that.
My clients earned this as much as I did. You trusted me with one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, and then you sent me your friends, your parents and your coworkers.
The 15 agents at The Aldrich Agency earned it too. They take care of their clients the same way, and they push me to be better at this.
How I got here
Before real estate, I was a firefighter paramedic with Hillsborough County. That job taught me to stay calm when things go sideways and to tell people the truth, even when it's hard to hear. I've run my business that way since day one.
Real estate deals go sideways all the time. Appraisals come in low, inspections turn up surprises, and financing gets shaky a week before closing. My job is to know the contract cold and protect you through all of it.
That holds whether you're buying your first condo, selling the family home, or looking at a new development. It holds for the renters we help through our free apartment locating service, too.
What's next
The award doesn't change how we work. We're growing the team, and every agent who joins is held to the same standard.
If we've worked together before, thank you again. If we haven't yet, call or text me whenever you're ready to talk about buying or selling anywhere in Tampa Bay.
